Very good food , small but very hometown feel

Fantastic classic style burger joint with great food, shakes and ice cream. Love their chili burger. Nostalgic.

This is a wonderful family restaurant! The staff is awesome and care about the customers. The owners are very nice people, from the area! Been eating here since I was little. Suggestion...try the milk shakes, they are know for those!

I love this place. We used to get ice cream and milkshakes called "blizzards" over 60 years ago. The hamburgers, hot dogs, hamburger steaks, french fries and ice cream are top notch. Whenever I visit Union, SC, I try to visit the Dairi-O.

Your cardiologist probably owns stock in this place. Gooey, cheesy and fried food. All of it good and comforting. A Union local spot that won't disappoint.

This place has a wide variety of food to choose from. Their milk shake menu has a lot of delicious choices as well. I recommend any type of their burgers in basket form, which comes with fries and slaw. Their bird dogs are good too, although maybe a bit overpriced. They are generally pretty quick with service despite getting very busy at times, due to their popularity in the town of Union, SC.

What a great place for burgers! Got the double cheeseburger and I could hardly finish it since it was huge and at an awesome price! Would recommend to anyone.

As a business owner and manager for most of my life, I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of responsibility for prices on the electronic menu at the walk up window. I ordered a small shake that was priced as $2.89 on the sign. They tried to charge me $3.48 ($3.19 pre tax). When I mentioned it to them, they said that $3.19 was the price. I only had enough cash for what the sign said, since they do not accept cards. The lack of desire to make the customer happy was appalling. I just moved to Union, and I always try to support local businesses. This business just lost my family's money.

Great DQ type cones and sundaes. Prices OK and quality is definitely above average. Its clean, with like restrooms, plenty of free parking in their parking lot. As a bonus its only minutes to Wal-Mart and other shopping venues in Union SC!

This is a great local diner! The hamburgers and milkshakes are the best, but they also have just about anything else you could expect from a classic diner like this. Super friendly staff and the food is made to order, so it'll always be hot and fresh! I definitely recommend giving it a shot if you're passing through (if you live here you already know)!

This was my first visit. They were absolutely awesome. Best peanut butter milkshake I've had. Awesome Burger. Would highly recommend! I had a hamburger with chili mustard ketchup and slaw and onions. Small order of fries. And a medium milkshake

Order was not right when I got home. Called the restaurant and they corrected it with no problem. Thanks to David for his Superb and A1 customer service. The food was delicious and hot. Definitely recommend this restaurant and will definitely return.

My husband's favorite burger joint! I don't think we've had a bad experience. The food is always fresh and tasty. I usually get a BLT because the burgers are too thick for my taste. I would like to see a smaller burger on the menu. The waitstaff is great. Overall Dairi-o is the best place to eat in Union.

Good food. Ample menu. Shakes are outstanding. I had the hamburger steak plate and it was excellent. Avoid the chicken tenders though - they're the frozen pre-battered patties kind. Burgers are excellent, sandwiches and dogs among plenty of other things. Very reasonably priced. Nice people and service. We'll eat here again when passing through Union.

This is a cozy place, home town favorite. We was in town for a bit today and decided to eat here, just as good as I remembered!!

This place is so awesome! They have so many different good meals. It's like home cooking. Their milk shakes are better than Dairy Queen in my opinion. I'll be going back when ever possible. The prices are pretty nice too.

Vegetable soup and toasted pimento cheese was perfect on a cool wet night! Topped off by a sweet and very polite young lady that served us! Good service is ALWAYS a big plus!

This place is my favored. I eat in a lot of restaurants but to this one I constantly return again and again. The stuff is very chummy and the cuisine they place on your table is so fresh and tasty. I never decline to have a nice dinner in this place. I recommend this place with pleasure.

Recommended by my coworkers and my first time going there. The food was fresh and made to order and even though it was only a burger and fries it was freshly patted and seasoned perfectly. Would have bought a second burger but one can fill you up. If you're ever in Union SC you don't want to miss this place. Dairi-O
